　　a.Role-play to demonstrate “learn” “teach” and “think”。Pretend you don’t know how to spell a word the Ss have mastered such as “winter”。 Lead a dialogue such as :

　　T:I want to write “winter”。What letter is first?Hmmm… I am thinking. I am thinking. I don’t know what letter come first！Can you write “winter”？

　　S:Yes！

　　T: I want to learn.Can you teach me?What’s the first letter?

　　S: （Write w in the first blank.

　　T:Thank you！ What is the second letter?I am thinking！I think. I know！ Is it an （a） ____ class?

　　S:No. It’s an “i”！

　　2.Student book:

　　a.Note that No.1 in the student book reviews vocabulary.

　　b.Play the audiotape as the Ss follow in their books.

　　3.Practice: Divide the class into small groups.Ask each group to make up a dialogue about learning a mew skill.

　　四、Students’ activity:

　　1.Sing an English song.

　　2.Daily dialogue.

　　3. Play “What’s wrong?” to review the vocabulary..

　　4.Listen and follow the directions.

　　5.Imitate the dialogue of the lesson.

　　6.Group work to practice making up a dialogue about learning a new skill.
