教學過程:
Step1 Free talk
1、T:Good morning,class. Ss:Good morning,Mrs.liu.
分別與單個學生對話:Hello!/What’s your name?/How are you?/How’s the weather today?/What are you wearing?/ What’s he wearing?/ What’s she wearing?
Ss:根據實際情況及CAI提示回答。
Step2 Introduce
CAI演示:成龍的相片
T:Who’s this? Ss:回答
T: What’s he wearing? Ss:He’s wearing a red shirt.
T: What does he look like? 多次重復句子,并板書。講授“look like”意思是“看起來像…”,讓學生總結句子含義。“他長什么樣?”
T:What does he/she look like? What do you/they look like?利用人稱不同做例句,提醒學生注意“does和do”。
Step3 Learn the words and the sentence pattern
CAI演示:long hair,short hair,black hair,big blue eyes,small eyes,…
利用學生外貌做例句練習。What does he look like? He has short black hair. … 做多組練習后,讓學生練習造句。注意多個形容詞修飾同一名詞時的順序和 “has” 的用法。
當通過操練,學生對人外貌特點的描述掌握時,引入身材的描述學習。
CAI演示:fat,thin,tall,short,把四個詞引入句子“He is…。”
CAI演示:成龍的相片,詢問What does he look like?讓學生總結成龍的外貌特點。
He’s short.He has short black hair ,small black eyes and big nose.
Step4 Practice
1、 CAI出示圖片
T:What does your brother look like?
Ss:He has big blue eyes.He’s wearing a red hat.
跟讀,操練句型。
T:What does your sister look like?
Ss:She has long brown hair.She’s wearing pink pants.
跟讀,操練句型。
T:What does your mom look like?
Ss:She has long blond hair.She’s wearing a white sweater
跟讀,操練句型。
2、 Guessing game!
Describe one of your friend or teacher.
Then let other students guess
Who he/she is?
3、look.listen and show
學生看和聽有關尋找喬喬的小故事,利用所學知識,自己編故事,并演示。

2. Read and choose the right answer
3. Fill in the blanks
Step6 Summing up
1、老師指著某一學生提問
T: What does he look like?
Ss: He has short black hair. …
